today is my 6th day i started no-xplode, basically i didn't feel any difference energy related or extra stamina, but my weight did shoot up, when i started i was 155 pounds and today i.e. after six days i m 159.5, my question is did i gain muscle or is it the muscle retaining water temporarily , please explain me and ya one more question, before starting no-xplode my bf was 25.9 according to "tanita" and today pre-workout i checked it was 28.7 , is it going up because my body is retaining water??? kindly help me out as i m totally confused and even depressed as the bf is shooting up....

it all depends on your diet, are you eating right while trying to gain weight.. Do you take No on an empty stomach? How much caffeine are you used to daily?

weigh yourself everyday for 3 days straight, avg that weight and should get a better estimate

Make sure you check your bodyfat and weight at the same time everyday as it will fluctuate once you eat throughout the day. The morning is the best time to weigh yourself and check your bodyfat.

my height is 5-10 ( 70 inches ), and i check my bf only in the morning and at the same time and before consuming water, thatz the reason i check my bf and weight only on saturday, because i don't weight train on saturday only cardio, hence i don't have to take any supplements, I doubt the weight scale (tanita), i have read many negative feedbacks pertaining to it, like if your muscle is retaining water your bf % shoots up in the scale, and one more thing i have accumeasure also and with that whenever i check my bf its only 14% and now it has gone down by 1.5% , so its (12.5%), i m pretty much confused as which one to trust, kindly help me out, this is really depressing, thanks in advance to everyone

i didn't even get a single response for my above post, is it so complicated ? or is it a weird question ? this is really a serious problem, i can't understand the scale works fine with everyone else in my gym, why only with me ??????? According to the compliments and comments i get i m building muscle and getting huge and sharp as well, even i feel the same , i m gonna post my pic soon, so that even u guys out there judge whether my bf% is so high.. or is it due to water retention ?
