40 yard dash time

Hello, i am just wondering what routines/running exerciese would help best with improving 40 yard dash times. ThaNKS
Bench- 285 Squat- 450 Clean- 280 HT- 6'3 WT-245 40- was 4.68 but added 15 pounds bulk so IDK

plyometrics and practicing the actual run. run it 50 yards instead of 40 just because people tend to slow down a bit, run it all the way through. resistance running, stair running, anything that can work on your explosivness. Squats, lunges will help in the gym, you want to explode up through the lift. and also if you are not familiar, google and look up techniques on the starting position, this alone can shed time off your 40.
