my goals are to slim down while still gaining strength.
 
monday - chest and tris
bench 4x4
incline 4x6
db flies 3x10
24's - 3 sets
close grip bench 3x10
run for 20 min
 
tues - legs
squats 4x4
stiff legged dead 4x10
lunges 4x10
knee extension 3x10
seated calf raise 3x10
 
wed back and bis
deadlift 4x8
t bar rows 3x10
lat pulldown 3x10
front row 3x10
preacher curls 3x10
concentration curls 3x10
run 20 min
 
thurs shoulders and forearms
military 3x10
upright rows 3x10
lat db raise 3x10
arnolds 3x10
run 20min
wrist curls 4x25
