http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/martin1.htm Obviously if it was that simple everyone would do it, but any opinions? It looks like it would cause some real mental stress (ot). I've been considering doing this because my real life is depressing, I have nothing to do all day every day unless I want to get high, I would expect big results from training even just multiple times a day different muscle groups but not every day, anyone have any experience?

take some st johns wort and go do something with friends lol. may i ask why its depressing? because fixing that is top priority. Depression will hurt your gains BIG time. I have friends that are truly addicted to weed. I dont know if their depression drives them to smoke or if the smoking makes them depressed but they arent the happiest people. If thats you, I would suggest cutting down even though I know its extremely difficult.

I used to smoke 2+gs daily AFTER I'm done working out but I dumped my gf about a month ago because we weren't spending enough time together (3 weeks we hadnt hung outside of school, and she was always with her friends inside) and she moved on like it was nothing but I'm so ****ing hurt by it, now I smoke only a bit of weed only after I workout, more as a reward.

weed kills my motivation.. been there done that, i mean i still do it on the occasion but everyday and i am useless.. not to mention if you go to bed high you dont get as much rem sleep

Me and my friend used to do that but ever since I started going on my own I stopped smoking at all before I go to the gym because if I do smoke I don't end up going AND I don't get as good of a workout :P

Creation haha what kind of drugs are you talking about fred? i use to stay high all the thou out the day from smokin weed did a little coke to but mostly on the weekends thou of course pills too use to like to pop them or snort'em then i keep progressin to see how high i could get smoked crystal a couple of time's i pretty much liked to get high to escape daily life

It seems to me almost like basic training exercise lol. They worked us almost every 2 hours or so from about 5 in the morning till about 7-8 at night, for about an hour or so. Ill tell you one thing, after doing that for 10 days, when you take a rest and do one of those work outs, its not really going to hurt any more as your body will be used to it lol. I might try something like this but my problem is work...

To go back to the workout, Do you really have 11 hours a day to put towards eating and working out?? If yes....go for it, it will keep you busy and your mind off of the **** that is bringing you down. Save the dope for off days. Keep it real, and don't sweat the small stuff. Stress can really hamper your hormone production to gain muscle.

that could work i guess..but...I would only do it if I had a gym in my basement...going to the gym every two hours?....nahhh....Oh and heum..If I take pre/post workout stuff...where do I take it...pre/post every workout?

Um take it where ever... if you are taking jack3d or something with beta analine i suggest taking it just about 10 minutes before you work out or right before as it kicks in fast for me at least. Other wise just follow the directions on the bottle.

Oh i would just use it like for the 1st and 3rd work outs or pre at the first and post at the last one? that might work. I wouldnt use pre and post every 2 hours...

Jesus that is alot of gym work to be doing! but of course it would should give results if tried. On the weed topic my brother smokes skunk like its going to be extinct tomorow and its not good for the brain. Gym will eventually become your drug Stackatk ;) and its the best drug in the world IMO.
Just starting out but watch this space!
