First thoughts, I'd rest more then one day a week.  Second,  I wouldn't do Back the day after Biceps.  It's gonna be difficult to work your lats when your biceps are trying to recover from the day before.  Do them the same day and do back first.  In fact, a good back workout with some lat pull downs, rows, pull ups, etc will be sufficient to work your biceps so 2-3 isolations sets after a back workout will probably suffice, IMO.

well unless your investing in "illegal help" your not going to get bigger and cut at the same time.
First pick a goal and work on that a few months, cut or bulk.
That decision will be what you base your diet on, which will be the BIGGEST part of this process.
BB in my opinion is 70% diet, 30% lifting and rest. Its like this, you study and study and do all the homework for a class, but you dont take the test. So in other words, what is the point of lifting and resting if your not going to do the most important part right.
That being said pick a specific goal and we'll go from there.
(My personal choice would be to bulk, since its cold you can cover it up with clothes lol)
