ok well i am not competing on stage per say but i made a 200$ wager with a friend saying i would have a better body in 3 months, so i will come to the best source i know possible... u guys ok well about me i am 215-220lbs depends on the day.  and i am about 14 percent body fat i have decent size (will post a pic at end)  but i need some help on getting absolutly shredded in the next three months now i was thinking maybe bulk for half of the comp and cut the other half so a month and a half for each, but i was worried that wasnt enough time to cut and maybe i should jsut work on getting cut and shredded now. i am willing to do what it takes diet wise but i could use some pointers, i am pretty good at training seeing is how i am a personal trainer, but any help would be great thankx guys

Did you measure your BF electronically? No offense & just to be helpful the pix show you a lot rounder than you should be given your height & good 'weight' mass. I can tell you have some solid competition beef under, but man even if you have to drop 10-15# you'll still make weight class> but you'll get nowhere these days with mass, no cuts/definition. DIET, man; as a PT you should know it; DIET & cardio that water weight off & you'll look gruesome. You know what it takes to add 10# meat after you're in the game a few years, so more ain't gonna hapn @ this point. Cut it up! You got good shape & mass but if you dont loose the gut that 'V' wont show (or place). Best of luck, you look great dude; so go for it.

thanx for the reply and i got the body fat through skin fold measurement, so u think i should take all three months to concentrate on cutting....?

12-16 weeks is ur standard cutting phase for comps so get to it cut it up man

ok well what is a standard cutting diet and training look like for a body builder cuz that is the physic i want to go for

hey ty im in the same boat as you are i have decent mass im 6 ft 230 very close to ur build do you or anyone else have some good exercises or routines to help cut
