Just want to see what ppl think.. Remember Price.. quantity.. AND EFFECTIVENESS! This will also help me to decide what supps should be cut.. for money purposes.. (this sh-t aint cheap) Multi Vitamin is a given Along with EFA Supps I have added another option in the poll... Whey, Creatine, BCAA's Also the point of this poll is to figure out which 3 priority supps costing more then $20 per month should be used.. Or atleast what the people think!! If you think something should be added just post your opinion and it will be considered

I don't even know what muscle milk is, not sure we get it over here, but i find glutamine really helpful in recovery, especially playing sports

I use whey + creatine atm i dont have the money for anything else. I have seen an improvement from suplementing but I would like to see the outcome. Again i dont think you can get muscle milk that easily in the UK.

I said Whey, Creatine, and Glutamine, but you really should consider whey a given (like the multi-vit). Obviously, you're sold on whey, since it's in all your stacks. If I were to rearrange accordingly, I'd put creatine and an NO supp together, and use Glutamine just before bed (at least two hours after your last NO product). Multi-vitamin, Whey, and creatine really are no-brainers in this game. Everything else is just icing on the cake -or a hole in your wallet

Protein, creatine (XCEED), and an anti-oxidant (VIGOR).

Fat burners and NO products are NOT a "priority" supplement. And never will be. Especially not on this forum, where sanity and reason remain a priority. And we are in the process of releasing an NO product and my opinion will never change. More importantly, Glutamine is not only not "priority" but it is junk.

Protein powder, fish oils, vitamins/minerals. If we're not classing vits/minerals, i am very fond of BCAAs.

Multi-vitamins are important too for your overall health. But for bodybuilding, I voted whey/creatine/glutamine.

Protein is a priority supplement, but whey protein is crap. I believe, but can't prove, that the popularity of whey protein is due to the abundance of whey (a disgusting by - product of the cheese making process, which even sewage treatment plants will not take). Although whey protein products contain purified or isolated protein, it is not as good as the protein from egg whites and animal flesh for muscle growth. Furthermore, bodybuilders need only 1.12 times more protein than sedentary individuals, and this amount will sustain muscle growth. I've been lifting for years without any protein supplements(just glutamine, taurine, and an occasional 30 day cycle of creatine) and have gained 40 pounds of raw muscle over a three year period (140-180). The facts I've mentioned are based on cold, hard scientific studies that were performed independently (not funded or otherwise influenced by supplement marketing interests). Consider this before dropping $20 + on a tub of whey protein.

everybody needs there whey and multivitamin[i also use an antioxidant besides just the multi]...after that you than choose between glutamine and creatine, or use both...go nuts, than some people want to be cool and use NO products...which are solid, but not so necessary...than you get into test boosters and pro horomones and roids and what not...but stick to the basics
