This forum has been a wealth of information for me.  Since my last post in here, I've done a 180 in my diet pretty much overnight.  I know that some might think I could use some work in a few areas, but working out isn't so much of a priority to me right now as eating healthy is.  Eating healthy means I don't crash and burn at the end of the day.  Simple carbs are gone, except for the bananas in my shakes.  The result is that I now have sustained energy throughout the day.

What it all boils down to is that I'm satisfied with my physique, and that my job is now easier.  That's not to say that I don't have plans to work out in the future.

Thanks all for your comments.

I've been told a few times before that I look like edward norton.  Maybe I should be his stunt double. :)

As for bulking, I have been gaining weight at roughly 1-1.5lbs a week since I bought my scale 3 weeks back.  I haven't exactly been counting my calories either, but I'm sure that I'm running a surplus at the moment.  The suppliments are probably helping a bit too.
