300 workout - Tuesday, March 10, 2009 7:52 PM ( #1 )
I want to wrestle and I really need to drop 20 pounds. I am thinking about going on a detox for 10 days straight and  just do the 300 workout as much as I can everyday to lose fat. You think it is possible for me to do that? I am pretty hefty and can drop a couple pounds.

300 workout! sure u can try. i guess it is just another form of circuit training and would'nt hurt u if u already  have a good cardio health. but i daresay anyone has done a specific "300 workout" in this forum. but u might get something for a circuit training routine. try searching...

true.  there are like 300 variations of the 300 workout lol..  some kind of circuit training will be good, also some cardio, eat good foods, drink water only and you will get there.

I doubt 70% of the exercises from the 300 workout are not accessible to people. From the video I saw, they had a lot of variety and they were pushed to the max. So unless you have your own gym and a lot of equipment it's gonna be hard.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts!
