Weight needs to be tailored to your fitness level, and this is more of  a overall fitness routine than a bodybuilding routine.  Don't get me wrong, size and strength will be gained, but you will also gain muscular endurance and cardiovascular health as well.

What exactly are you hoping to achieve from doing this? Program is not legit at all especially if doing 5 days a week. Go try deadlifting 5 days a week and see how you feel plz.

This isn't gonna get you strong..this is terrible tbh, not trying to be mean but it is. Look up a 5x5 routine.

You would give you muscles no chance to heal if you even did that 5 days a week. And 50 Push Ups, that's cake work, I'm not no big guy or nothing, but I can crank out a good 50 crunches, 30 Pull Ups, and 100 push ups easy. Really doing Pushups and pull ups is an extreme amount of work on your shoulders, I know this just from science class and health class. I don't know alot about lifting but I seen a good increase in what I do just with a Bench, a Towl on the Floor, and the Mid of a Bowflex.

My Workout:

1: 3set/15rep - Bench
2: 3set/10rep - curl
3: 3set/10rep - lap pulls
4: 3set/7rep - dblock - pull to chest
5: 3set/7rep - rope over bar, hang and pull up for my back
6: 3set/15 - dumbellcurl with bowflex - idk what its called
7: 3set/25 crunch - then 6inch fludder 10 sec, then 6 inch for 10 sec, then seal stretch - repeat 3 times
8: 2 Chairs - Dips - 3 sets 20
9: Dead Lifts - 3 sets 10

Thats what I have been doing every other day for the past 3 weeks and I have seen a good increase, I eat extremely health as well, but I have no idea what this does I just know I get a hell of a work out my body does not feel over worked, I can see the increase in my strenght as well as muscle and tone.

I have been asking for pointers but noone is replying to my post.

Thats a lot of volume lif3less and unless the intensity is very low on your bench and dead then chances are you are going to wear yourself down over time.

I'd still recommend a basic 3 day full body over this, with a heap of cardio on top.

Do a real routine to get you back into shape; all this is going to do is fry your CNS and force you to take an early deload.

I don't do an extremely hard work out, I get a good sweat and a good burn, by I am seeing fairly good results. I don't understand what you mean by volume either. I don't do the Dead-Lifts, the curls, and the bench every day, I do that 1 day on 1 day off, I substitute dumbbell fly's, and push ups on the mix days, but more reps with dumbbell fly's just less weight.

I'm looking for someone to help me design a work out that is mainly upper body, I do alot of cardio/running so I have pretty toned legs and strong legs. I am basically looking for a work out that will increase my bi-cept, chest, abs, back, forearms, tri-cepts. I don't know what to do exactly, and that workout is about all I know to do. If you could help me write something up that I could understand. I don't know what most the stuff is like Cleans - no idea, and alot of other stuff. I basically know - Flys, bench, incline bench, decline bench, dead lifts, curls, lap pull, the d-block thing i have to my chest, crunches, sit ups, 6 inches, but really nothing else.

This, 50 reps of deadlifts 5x a week, that is just asking to get hurt, Pullups are a decent exercise so you could do those but still not 5x a week, pushups are ok I guess, but it isn't really gonna get you stronger, stick to benching. 24 inch box jumps will do nothing, as 24 inches is extremely low, clean and press would be good, but 36 lb. isn't going to do anything. So basicly the routine sucks plain and simple. Like its been said before stick to a full body program to get stronger, and if you want to get in better shape do some basic cardio.

Honestly their abbs were about %70 Air Brushed, so you can do that work out, then just air brush what its asposed to do.

I do this every once in awhile as a gauge to see where i am at.  I do it as fast as possible and use the time to see if i am progressing.  The actual workout isnt terribly hard but it gets very difficult back to back to back and is actually a true test of your abilities more so cardiovascularly than strength.  Beat a time of 16 minutes 19 seconds :)

well that's what it was supposed to be... was a test to see how their fitness was at the end of their training. goal is to do it in under 20 minutes, it's not an everyday thing.

and 16 minutes is fantastic. do you scale it at all since your lifts are obviously WAY above most? i would imagine most of these are a warm up for you...
