3 months of ONLY COMPOUND lifts - Monday, March 30, 2009 5:12 AM ( #1 )
hello ppl.

Started in January on a 3 by 5 program. The only exercises i do are deadlift, squat, overhead press, lat pulldowns(now pullups), rows, and around once every 2 weeks i bench press.
I only do 4 exercises per workout, always deadlift and squat, then i choose one push and one pull exercise. also i use dumbells for all my lifts incl deadlift

I do 20 mins cardio after lifting twice per week.

I do 20 weighted situps once per week.

i dont have any lol.
i injured my rotator cuff last summer, so 6 months out of the gym, u can imagine, iwas kinda skinny wit a bit of a beer belly lol. im 6'0 and i was about 75kg. I weigh the same now but my body is different.

so starting in january was starting from scratch effectively, for eg my max bench the 1st week was 35 kg

Err... not the best pictures to critique. Looks like some sort of picasso diorama...

Look to be in solid form though.
