thanks smoundzou , thats the one ! has it given u good results? , im gunna start it soon , im still on my 5 day split desprately trying to reach my bench press goal of 225lbs  and gain another 15-20lbs. dunno if i should wait till i reach these goals to try it, does it matter if u use machines for legs? im just soooo weak in the legs squats and deadlifts are impossible even with low weight cuz my form is terrible and no matter how hard i try i cant get it right. unless someones therer makin sure i do and i still screw up . im gunna do 2 days of cardio along with the 3 day , i must look good this summer! thanks again
