First let me start by telling you that i forgot my password to my email and username for this site. my old alias was egsbike. I was active for a long time awhile back.
Now for the workout

Monday - 
A1. Rack Lock Outs - Max 3-5
B1. Incline Bench Press - 2x15-20
C1. Cable Rows - 4x8-12
C2. Pull Downs - 4x8-12
D1. Barbell Shrugs - 3x8-15
E1. Hammer Curls - 3x8-15
F1. Ab Machine - 3x10-15

Wednesday -
A1. Dead Lift - Max 3-5
B1. Single Leg Squat - 3x6-12
C1. Leg Curls - 3x8-12
D1. Floor Sweepers - 3xF
E1. Wrist Curls - 3x10-15

Thursday -
A1. 185lbs Bench Test - 3xF
B1. Pull Ups - 3xF
B2. Body Weight Rows - 3xF
C1. Military Press - 4x15-20
D1. Barbell Shrugs - 3x8-10
D2. Barbell Curls - 3x8-10

I fail to see the golder word "SQUAT". You have any medical condition that would prevent you from squatting?

no but i cycle between deadlift  and squats every four weeks
