Pasta drowning in gravy, with salt. Nothing less nothing more, eating it now, bloody nice, chicken gravy btw lol

Gravy with added salt? Was the gravy made from bouillon?!? that'd be a lot of salt. If from drippings, then that'd be a lot of fat! I don't know . . . I like this dish a lot, too, but I don't know if it's anything less than salt/bad fats/bad carbs incarnate . . .

lol, normal gravy chicken stock...Dont know much else...lol, all i know is with 250grams of pasta and a protein shake with it, it gives you a good nice rounded lot of carbs proteins and fat, and it tastes bloody lovely lol, havent seen you around lately gzinkl, been putting that degree into use?

Fancy that! I just ate a POUND of cooked pasta with gravy... of the Italian variety, LOL! Barilla's Mushroom and Garlic Bosciola, to be precise Looks like Twisted is reading the same mass-building book I am, HA HA HA!

lol havent read a single book towards this, or bodybuilding in general, Most if not all my knowledge and trainings come from this sites guidance. But its weird how 2 people have had this meal already, i thought id made something original but really easy at first lol

The only difference being, there's some chicken thrown in, and sometimes, if you're lucky, the noodles are home made and thick.
