 2 questions about cutting.

2 questions about cutting. - Saturday, June 14, 2008 3:40 PM
I started cutting about two weeks ago and most of my meals consist of mainly sandwiches (turkey, chicken, eggs, tuna etc.) and many other things like almonds, salads, black beans and more..
 
Question 1: I eat around 1 or sometimes 2 bananas per day, once with breakfast, and another before gym. Is that a bad idea while cutting?
 
 
Question 2: I eat about half an avacado with my sandwiches per day. I know avacodos don't have massive amount of suger, but they have a good amount of healthy fats, carbs and protein. Should i NOT have avacados at all while cutting?

i believe the higher bf% you are the more you can get away with eating fruits and such.  I would say keep fruit consumption to a minimum.  These days i only eat a banana right after my workout and thats all the fruit i eat.

As for the avocados i dont know much about the nutrition facts of one but if it has simple sugars i would still not eat too many.

 The benefits of avacados far outweigh the minimal sugar it has in it.

Also, take the banana post workout, not pre.

I'm around 12-13% body fat right now and since i started cutting, only fruit i eat are bananas as well.

And the reason i eat a banana 15 minutes post work out is because i feel like it gives me a good boost and i don't get drained as quickly.

Can i get more replys than just 2?

avacodo is okay  IMO.  but they don't have anything you can get in cheap supps
