As part of my new years resolution i wanted to finally get off my lazy ass and start getting in better shape. I am 23/male. When I started at the end of January I was 5'8", 141 lbs. I really had no muscle at all, not even any pec outlines. Remember the cartoon "Doug" on Nickelodon? I felt like I looked like him haha. Now I am about 138 lbs, my arms don't look cut, but now when I flex they look like muscle and i now have pec outlines / my upper chest is puffier. My legs have always been pretty strong. I still have a little more extra baggage in the stomach area than I want. I usually wear a size small button down shirt from Abercrombie or American Eagle. For jeans it is usually low rise 32" waist from American Eagle. My neck is 13.5" I have been taking Nitrix and Cell Mass. I tried whey for maybe a week but I could not stomach the taste, even after trying a few different brands. I also took No-Xplode for only a month, again I could not stomach the taste. I am really bad with food/taste and cannot stomach a lot of things. For food I usually eat Oatmeal for breakfast. Throughout the day I snack on 2 servings of this healthy/natural popcorn fluff stuff (like 230 calories total). For lunch I usually have lean chicken breast sandwhich (deli sliced with 3 pieces), 1 slice of swiss cheese, 1 packet of reduced fat mayo, all on white bread. For dinner it is usually some type of pasta, chicken, pork, or beef with applesauce. I also love salad but just lettuce and ranch dressing. I workout usually every other day with weights, push ups, and sit ups. And, I do cardio every other day -- running, punching bag, and jumping rope. I am really a complete moron when it comes to diet and exercise and really don't have anyone else to give me some advice. My main goal is to have just a bit nicer chest, slightly bigger arms (they have increased, they don't look toothpick to me anymore, but still small), and a flatter stomach. Any help, guideance, advice, etc would be appreciated. Thanks guys -Adam
