2 different creatines - Thursday, January 31, 2008 9:39 AM
I have a question...I'm taking two different creatines, I take Cellmass 6-8 hours prior to workout, then post workout I take a pill form from this Biogenetix kit I bought from GNC...My question is obviously, is that alright to do?

You are probably pissing most of it out.
Creatine will only be absorbed if there is a shortage, after your muscles have been loaded.
10 days of 10g or 5 days of 20g will load, and a maintenance dose of 2-3g is usually all that is needed, unless you are huge.....bigger than 200lbs and lean.
Creatine mixes and is absorbed best with a simple sugar, and most importantly, in a warm beverage, such as tea.  Taking creatine cold makes it not very bioavailable, and most of it gets pissed away.

Take only one if you have loaded, and take it after you workout, or before the next time you work out, because you are replacing what was lost during exercise.
and there is no need for taking it on non-workout days

dont take cellmass anymore...it doesnt even have creatine in it... bsn is getting sued over it...

Im pritty sure cellmass does have creatine in it but thare is hardly anything, it also doesnt contain any CEM3 supposidly, but that still hasent been proven i guess. I still gotta find out mroe about that
