Ok I work out in my garage where I have a few things to use. My main barbell is one which I use, at the moment I use it with 22lbs on each side - so that is 44lbs in total I have two dumbbells I use - each of them is 2.5kg Then I do normal things like press-ups/sit-ups I am 22 - I have been working out for a couple of years but I know I am not pushing it to my limit. I am physically fit but I don't have a 6-pack, it's more like a 4-pack so I know I need to do something about that My shoulders and back are pretty defined - But basically I know I am not pushing my limit - no where near. I tend to be lazy but in the last month I have decided to try and start again so to say (For a girl!) haha and I really want to get to a nice hard athletic look level - I work out maybe 3 days a week for around 2 hours on average (Have been doing this for one month) I need some serious advice and tips - also for supplements. I am not fat - I am not skinny - I think I would describe myself as athletic but it can be much better and I don't want to waste any more years as I am already 22 now - not exactly a kid. Maybe something I should take, like a protein drink or some kind of pills would be better - food At the moment I do dumbbell curls - barbell curls - sit ups - press ups - hammer curls but I need some discipline to my workout regime. I'm really dedicated now and am in the right sense of mind to do something good with my body and have a real desire to do it - I just need some guidance from someone who could tell me where or how to go about this So is there anyone - or any other info you require before you could say
