Yea widowmaker is a 20 rep squat set.  Known to kill the strongest of men lol.  I'll try this again soon with 235 or so

I was doing them for a few weeks. They messed me up pretty damn good. But my Squat max went up by about 10-20lbs.

I recommend them to any athlete.

Good job btw, I didn't do them with more than a set of 160lbs.

I think I had a stroke on rep number ten with that weight.

I just saw this...haha, I think im going to start at 225 for my 20 rep squat program, because at the end of the first week ill already be up to 235. 250 by the 2nd week... 310 by the last workout.

it starts getting crazy when you add 5 lb's every workout...I shudder every time I think about doing 310 lb's 20 times. lol.

Anyway nice video man, gj, good form.

going from 225 to 310 in 6 weeks for 20 reps sounds pretty insane, going to have to eat like a beast to accomplish that feat.
