Try to eat decent, you won't loose to much. I honestly would worry to much about it. I went on spring break last year for a week and a half and did nothing but drink beer about 15 hours a day the entire time. I ate about 1 good meal a day. I thought I would get back into the gym and be extremely weak. I ended up bench pressing more weight that the week prior to the break. Everyone is different, but I think you should be fine. Just do a better job of eating than I did.

Yea, I went on vacation during Dec 21st - Jan 7th and all I did was drink. But.. this time I made sure I still got in a lot of protein/carbs and it wasnt a big deal. Just make sure you eat decently and you won't lose much at all, if any. I don't mean eating healthy either, I mean.. just not starving yourself haha. I know that when you are partying and drinking with your friends, sometimes you just forget to eat.

sometimes you just dont know when its time for a rest, and the break can come at the best time possible. dont worry about it, just enjoy it. you earn your 2 weeks away by working hard all year, its just a prolongued treat.
