i think he's 16 from what he told me awhile back, but i could be wrong.
pssst... believe it or not, i looked almost exactly like you about 6 years ago when i started lifting. it took me years of training, mistakes, and learning to get to where i'm at now.
while i'm not trying to discourage your, just know that it's going to take some work. it won't always be easy.. but the results are worth it.
you are in the right place. keep in mind that there are lots of different opinions as far as advice goes, and not every single opinion has 100% relevance to your situation. this is b/c EVERYONE's body is different, and we all react differently to stimuli that is thrown at us.
here is my recommendation. if i had known this 6 years ago, i would have progressed much quicker than 6 years.
1.)
supplements are there to aid you. they WILL NOT get you big, but they can help with energy, nutrients, etc...
2.) focus on your diet first. you are at the bare minumum right now, and your body is going crazy and it's eating everything in sight that you throw at it. in order to get big you're going to have to OVERLOAD it with food.
EAT EAT EAT!! EAT like it's your JOB! 6 to 8 meals a day. EAT until you are close to vomitting
haha.. i'm being dead serious. you want to get big, you have GOT to eat. even if you gain some tummy fat, that is fine.. but everything else will get bigger too. trust me. you've seen my journal, so you know what i'm talking about.
3.)
training. train hard, don't miss a day of training. stay dedicated. if you have a partner to help you.. that is beneficial as it allows someone to watch your form (form must be as good as you can get it) and they can also spot you in certain scenarios
carbs are your friend. don't be afraid of food/carbs.
EAT!
*i vote you start researching HST. depending on your experience, we can get you a great routine set up.. and if you start a good bulking diet.. you will grow fairly fast IMO
