Im going to start MMA up next week it trains 2 days a week. that only gives me 2 days to go to the gym or 3 but that might be a bit much?? any ways what some good routines i can squeeze in in these days im still going to bulk and was after strong chest and back any ideas? thanks

a 3 day full body would be perfect, check out smoudzous post right at the top of this 'critique my training' page. I did it for 4 months 3 days a week always adding weight every week i went and i was eating like a horse i gained a solid 10 pounds (pretty good for me) and my strength went up aswell ... try it out then let us know
