Good progress, definitely noticeable in your arms and shoulders.

was about to say the same thing as jheft.

your traps/shoulders/arms have some noticeable gains.  keep going, you need more meat on you before you start a cut... and you're only at 9% bodyfat so keep going.

Haha I have no idea. My legs are slightly bigger but I really don't know where it all went. I don't really look more than 10-15 pounds more than I did at 145 but most people thought I looked 155-160 in person at 145. The pictures do not do justice at all. Thighs have grown 3 inches and calves, almost 1.5. Could that help explain it? I really don't know though. I agree, it's odd. I gained the weight back quickly because I had been lifting for 3 years and then took a 4 month break for wrestling every year and when I come back, it comes back really quick and then slows down to a normal rate. Love those first few months of huge gains

Posing a little better would also probably help with future comparison pictures. Keep up the good work.

Yeah I know I should get into looking at posing better but I can't anytime soon. Been studying non stop for AP exams and ACT and SAT and SAT II's and Finals and... getting college recs... you get the point... hahaha

And I know that they're bad because my back has definitely grown a large large amount and this barely shows any progress...

Haha I know I know. I definitely look bigger, MUCH bigger in person but the pics do not show it. My back has grown immensely yet looks only a tad tad bit better in the pictures. And as for my legs, they've grown 3+ inches and I just had to buy a new suit for my junior class banquet. =O sorry mom and dad

and as for the weight gain. before i was very cut because i did mainly isolation exercises. muscles stuck out as being worked more than others. now i've got a smoother look so it's hard to see but i'm actually a ton  bigger. everyone notices... my wrestling coach FLIPPED when he saw me. he thought i was 190... when i'm hovering around 172-175. Pictures do not do me justice when I suck at posing =P
