here goes been lifting for 3 months , i just want this for the health aspect .
i bought GNC salmon oil pillz ,GNCmega multi vitamins and
xyience x-gainer!

sound good?

I am gussesing that you have the body type that can't put on weight.

the multi vitamin and the x-gainer has a big overlap of vitamins and minerials. if i was you i would purchase a good quality Iso protein and eat as much health food as you can i.e (lean meats, grains, vegies and fruits)
