 1st day on No-Explode

1st day on No-Explode - Friday, January 06, 2006 7:05 PM
Well I understand you arnt spose to feel a huge difference on the first day of no-explode, but I worked out harder today then i have in a long time... I dont know if no-explode really did help me work out so hard today, or if it was just in my mind (becuase i read so much stuff about it how great it is)... I felt alot bigger today (dont know if i actually do look bigger).  On the way to the gym i was driving my car and it made me like wanna speed to get to the gym faster (again i dont know if that was all in my mind personally or if no-explode helped out with that)... but just from the first day it seems like it helped alot. Alot of ppl keep talking about how it makes you wanna throw up and stuff, but I didnt feel like throwing up when i was drinking it (doesnt taste that bad).  Even after drinking it , i didnt feel like i had to throw up.  It didnt make me sick at all... 
 
 
- fruit punch freeze no-explode.
- i did 2 scoops in water.
 
does anybody know if you can take other suppliments while using no-explode... im talking about gnc creatine, gnc whey protein, gnc glutamine, and gnc arginine? Thanks. and ill keep you guys informed

since u just started taking NO, cellmass u would take after ur workout. my adivce if ur gonna take a creatine is wait 10 days before taking creatine. oh yah BTW people at GNC dont really know what they're talking about...dont listen to what they say. BTW that hype feeling is the caffine in the NO-explode. Also Muscle-Tech is a good brand. but thats just my opinion

Yes dotn beleive them at GNC. I dont agree with the need to wait 10 days to take creatine. This si somethign produced in your body naturally to begin with, its a bi-product of eatign red meats. So creatine as well as protein would be a great investment. Protein will aid in repairing your muscles faster. Also a good multi vitamin would be a wise choice to take. As far as glutamine and arganine I wouldnt worry about them.
 
For one if you look at the ingredients in noXplode you are already getting arganine. Which from articles I have read on recent studies on NO supplements they are saying is responsible for the PUMP you are feeling while takeing this supp.

Hey im new to the forums and just purchases my 1st bottle of No X today. Im pretty excited because i did a lot of research on it and pretty much everyone on this site loves it. In a few hours i will be hitting the gym for its 1st test(chest and tris) Im finishing up my 1st bottle of cell mass and im gonna see the effects of it with No X. Then get one more bottle of mass and then finish those two off then cycle(and see my results with pics and strength tests). Cellmass by itself works pretty damn good. I love the taste and its easy as hell to take. My muscles def. have become more tighter even on my off days and several of my lifts are much stronger within about a week(i work hard tho). So ill keep you posted
