I just started a total new workout 3 weeeks ago with the help of dan.I reailzed my workout was a total disaster in the past and i didnt increase the weights for months and training only at the same weights at only 50% or less of my strength.Until 1 day i came upon sean nelaXXXX web and got inspired.This sentence inspired me"you will always see ur self the same if u dun add weights every once or 2 weeks smth like dat"
I also used to be that extremly fat kid in my younger days which caused me to have some loose skin.
Anyway heres my rountine:(The start of my new BB life i can say)
monday-triceps,abs,back,forearms
50 pushups
latpulldowns-6reps X2sets
deadlifts-8-10reps X3sets
Barbell Rows-10 reps X3sets
Weighted crunches X20 reps X2sets
weight sitps X15reps X2sets
Skullcrushers X20reps X2sets
Tricep dips X15reps X2sets
Tuesday:Cardio
Wed-Chest,Legs,biceps,shoulder
Bench Press 6-8reps X3sets
Incline Bench 8reps X3sets
Military Press 4-6reps X3sets
Shoulder Press 8reps X2 sets
Upright Row 8reps X3sets
Biceps Curl(45 degrees on bench) 6-8 reps X2sets
Barbell Curl biceps 8 reps X2sets
Squats 8 reps X3sets
Lunges 8reps X3sets
Thurs-cardio
Fri-same as mon
sat-cardio or rest
sun-same as wed
3 weeks have gone and within this period,I managed to upgrade my weights and reps in the training by a reasonable amt.The strength gain after i changed to this workout is extremely noticeable to me.Feel free to help me in my rountine.Btw ,what u guys think about my upper back and the rest?Anygood points?I feel so discouraged....Accompanied with the flaws too of course =D
