can the people who have accualy been on 1ad or m1t or any oth ph please tell me your gains

please tell age
what you took it with
how long the cycle
how many times
what the ph was

i'm just tired of hearing everyone say stuff about ph's but have never even taken them..

You know what im tired of? 16 Year olds asking about PH's, but at your age heres some gains

1/4 inch growth on your forearms
2" Shrinkage on your testicles

from a friend of mine

please tell age : 24
what you took it with : 1AD from ergopharm alone (keep in mind, protein and vitamins)
how long the cycle : 30 days
how many times : two caps a day
what the ph was : 1AD

results : gained 10 lbs, gained strenght (ie bench was at 260...jumped at 315 at the end of the cycle). side effects were almost invisible, maybe some acne that's it. lost half of power in something like 3 weeks and 5 lbs in same amount of time.
