I am currently taking a month of from using pre workout nitric oxide & creatine and post work out creatine, and I am surely feeling the difference. I need some ideas on what to take pre & post as a substitue to get through my workouts, right now I am taking BCAA's (pre & post), whey protein, NAC, potassium, glutamine, glucosomine, flax seed oil, & casein protein at night. I am thinking on using a fat burner pre workout to give me the energy to get through, but I dont want to end up loosing muscle in the process. (dont mind burning some fat though). any ideas?
