i have about an inch of fat ony my arm when im not flexing. when i flex there is prob a half inch of fat left. how can i lose this. what is the best supplement. the best diet and the best training? I need a diet i dont no what to eat. i usually east a 7:00  11:30 2:30 5:30 and 9:30

If you want to lose fat on your arm, just do cardio. about 3-4 times a week about 30-45 mins. and watch your fat intake. Weights don't make your arm lose fat my friend
