starting my first cycle of 1ad next week. (300mg/day--im 23, 200lbs,6.0 and benching 335lbsx1) got question for you guys. After my 3 week cycle, what do i need to use to keep gains and strength or will i lose it all.? I see some ppl use 6oxo-is this going to keep gains on me or do i need something else? thanks

This should have been posted in the pro-hormone sub forum. It won't nessecarily keep your gains, but help stabilize your hormones.

if u can get your hands on some clenbuterol, it will help keep gains. You dont need high amounts, just about 40mcg daily. and then u can start using hte rest of the clen for ur cutting cycle. I have not used any prohormones so im not sure what you will require as PCT for 1-ad. Do a search on this site and others, and i am sure u will find information. Just makes sure u get all ur info b4 starting ur cycle... be patient.

Thanks guys, I did research about it for months and most people just say use 6oxo, but i dont want to start the cycle unless i can take something to keep gains. i ll still look around and take it when i m ready i guess. Thanks

6OXO will help you to keep gain, i post another post about ESTRODEX by SAN Nutrition, work very well for me and this stuff is a little bite cheaper than 6OXO, i already tried 6OXO and i think its two similar products ... its up to you !

After first 6 days, i have gained 6 lbs so far (this is on 200mg/day)... now, day 7 thru 23 i am taking 300mg/day, so hopefully more gains are achieved. I take about 4000-4500cal a day and work out hard as hell. My strength is already improving slowly. Will see how this first cycle ends. So far so good.

I just got off a cycle recently and kept most of my gains... just make sure after your cycle, during your PCT you need to eat just as much, keep eating high calories. Don't start cutting until AFTER your PCT or you will lose a lot if you start to cut during the PCT. From my research I learned to just take 6-oxo (although I did take small amounts of Nolvadex as well during PCT, but this may not be needed,) eat well, and keep the same intensity in your workouts, workout just as hard as before but do less exercises each time at the gym during PCT. After PCT you can start cutting but only drop about 500 calories per day during cutting....if you're eating too little you will lose more muscle during cutting. lol it's kind of a pain but you should keep most of your gains. You will obviously lose some size due to water retention, and you won't have as much endurance as while you were on the prohormones. Good luck
