I am looking to come up with a well balanced workout that I can do 3-5 days a week for the next year or so. For the most part equipment will not be an issue as my university has great facilities, winter and summer break may cause some problems but I do have some equipment at home. Just want to get a solid month and a half going then I will worry about that. More to come.
