Hey everybody, i know this isnt the place for introduction, however when i went into the topic for introduction and tried to post my intro, it wouldn't let me. Probably something with my router. But anywho, im 19 years old 195 pounds 15% BF college student whos looking to bulk back up to become the once all state baseball player i was. I really want to focus on building mass , shoulders, and lower body to help me with my pushoff for pitching. I have some odd goals but as i read other topics, most people have the same as me :-D. Goals: 225+= help me with pushoff to gain more velocity. 6 pack= who doesn't want one? overall strength and size increase to all body parts, making me symmetrical= #1 priority Just wanted to get some ideas for a work out plan. I want to go work mainly everything in proportion but bulk at the same time. My diet as of now consists of veggies, fruits, yogurt, lean meat, no junk, alot of water and juice. Any other suggestions?

As for my workout plan, i can message it to anyone upon request, my router is really messed up and i have to edit this post over time lol. I was thinking: M-Arms T-Chest W-Back(Upper and Lower) Thurs- Shoulders Friday-Legs ( Calves, Hamstrings, Quads) Sat and Sunday- Off but do some smaller stuff Ok just a few questions in ending: 1) Should i work abs everyday? 2) Should i run everyday? 3) Ideal Sets to Rep Ratio for Bulking? Well sorry about how i had to post this guys, my router was acting up really bad and was having a tough time with the posting. Any comments and advice would be fantastic! Im going to post a picture of me now and then another in 3 months,6,9 so on and so forth. Thanks for everything in advance and looking forward to learning alot! Eric

Though I'm pretty new to the scene I have done a lot of reading, your routine where you work one key area every day doesn't really work unless you're an experienced bodybuilder with VERY intense workouts on individual muscle areas where they need the rest of the week to recover. If you insist on doing a split routine it's probably better to start with something like: Mon: Chest, biceps, shoulders, abs Tue: Back, triceps, legs, calf Wed: Off Thur: Chest, biceps, shoulders, abs Fri: Back, triceps, legs, calf Sat: Off Sun: Off If you're working abs effectively they only need a couple of sessions a week, then they grow on your rest days. With running it's usually suggested that you don't do it the same day as your workouts (not for long periods of time at least) as it will use nutrients and proteins that your body would otherwise have put into your muscles.

Syinc, i am 5 8" 140 pounds and i am 24 years old. I am lookin for a online workout partner so we can work together to build muscle. I am hoping to be around 160-170 by fall of 2006. I am following the MAX-OT routine developed by ast sports. You can download it free at www.ast-ss.com Or you can see Skip Lacour's instructional videos on MAX-OT traing at www.skiplacour.com Synic, beleive it or not, the hardest part is not doing the actual exercises. I think 90% of the equation is actually eating right and taking in proper supplementation. The only hard part about excersises is doing it in the right form with MAXIMUM intensity. I am in a transition right now. I am trying to make meals that taste good, and help towards body building. I am also trying to purchase a powerful fat loss stack, plus protien powder that doesnt taste like dog sh*t. Anyways, back to the online thing, i was hoping for online chat, so we can motivate each other and show each other progresses and share each others goals.
