160 pounds
 
im pretty lean as is i can see my top 2 abs but i would like to get bigger
 
 
yesterday i bought 2 creatine bottles
 
pre-
Muscletech- NANO VAPOR
 
post-
Muscletech- Anabolic Halo
 
and i take the anabolic halo on non training days, i train every 2nd day for about a hour to a hour and a half
 
i also have 1 protein shake a day and i eat properly
 
is that ok for my supps? or should i add more protein cause i only drink 1 shake a day for the 100% whey
 
 
the main thing i need help with is a workout pattern, i go to the gym and i just whing it, i do whatever i want and dont know what to do, so any help is very much appriciated

If your just starting out screw all the supplements, except whey, and honestly even that isn't Nessecary. Look up starting strength, and eat as much as you can come back in 3-4 months and you'll be 185 lb.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
