im pretty lean as is i can see my top 2 abs but i would like to get bigger
yesterday i bought 2 creatine bottles

and i take the anabolic halo on non training days, i train every 2nd day for about a hour to a hour and a half
i also have 1 protein shake a day and i eat properly
is that ok for my supps? or should i add more protein cause i only drink 1 shake a day for the 100% whey
the main thing i need help with is a workout pattern, i go to the gym and i just whing it, i do whatever i want and dont know what to do, so any help is very much appriciated
