 17 years old supp stack

17 years old supp stack - Saturday, December 29, 2007 9:54 AM
alright so lately ive been taking alot of different stuff and im realizing that i probably dont need all of this and im paying too much for stuff that isnt worth its price.  So i was going to cut it down to these things

whey protein
creatine
fish/flax oil
beta alanine
maybe tribulus

my diet is good so im not trying to take supplements without eating right nd hoping to sprout muscles.
any comments on things i should drop or start taking on top of this?

U don't need tribulus man, at our age test levels are already high and that tribulus won't do anything
Squat max - 245lbs
Bench max - 188lbs
Deadlift max - ¿?
Front Squats(atg)- 5x165lbs

IMO u'd do better with creatine monohydrate, whey, fish oil and BCAA's

ive never bought bcaas because i see bcaas in my whey protein and so whats the point of taking them

Well in my case I take them pre workout because whenever I take a shake instead I fart through the whole workout  plus I don't have to carry with the mixer cup in my backpack
