I'm 17 years old, 6'1, and 140 lbs (skinny Smile) about to become a Senior in highschool, and am looking for a summer training program to 1. gain weight and 2. add some muscle mainly to my upper body (yeah I know, the vanity areas).  I'm not expecting drastic "1 inch of muscle everywhere" type of results, but just something to define the muscles in my body more and to make all these bones less noticeableSmile.  Anyways, any advice as far as diet, training, and supplements for someone of my body type would be appreciated.

>>I plan to continue working out long term into my college years as well, so I'm not expecting immediate results, but hoping for some nice small changes in the next 3 months

eat loads of healthy foods high in protein every 2-3hours and if possible get a weight gainer, create a workout plan, look around this forum for 1 you like or create your own, get at least 8 hours sleep and make sure you have sufficient rest in between excersises. Start with light weight until your form improves, if your anything like me you won't need to lift loads to look good with your top off as you probably have a low bodyfat%.
