i was getting ready to start takeing 17 hd and i was wandering if anyone has tryed it. and if they had good results. and should i just take it on work out days. thanks

been on it for about 4 weeks now, i love the pre workout rush and energy i get. i do full body 3x a week mon wed fri and take it 30 min pre with my 30 min pre protien. (Always follow directions on taking a supplement end of story) on a side not i always do different cardio after i lift usually super intense treadmill at 8mph then 10 then 8 etc etc. Hiit Type cardio basically. With the 17 HD i can go forever like i literally could keep going and going. Just really make sure you drink atleast 1 gallon of water before you lift for the day and sperad out decently otherwise youll feel super ****ty in the middle of your workout or atleast thats what i experience and doing that water thing fixed it so im asssuming it was that. And also make sure you take the 17 HD atleast an hour and a half after your last meal. Just for a compairson person for ya im 19 6`2 started at 166.5 now im at 170 and its pure main muscle no fat including my waist size 2 inches smaller. I also am on Viraloid another product by vyo tech i abosultely love this **** but it is really causing some shatty back acne whcih could jsut be from squats and rubbing from my shirts but thats been only side affect. good luck bro
