i really need a good diet that is not only healthy but filling. i'll be starting doing alot of cardio... and i mean ALOT! so please help : )

Weight train with short rest periods or superset and remove the rest periods all together.  You will burn calories alot longer with the weights than with a ton of cardio.

More protien. More fibre and water to make your stomach feel fuller and reduce hunger.
Intensive weight training plus cardio after the weight training session.
