I am 16 years old and was just wondering what other supps that I can take.

I am currently taking whey protein(1 scoop morning, 1 scoop post-workout), fishoil/mulitvitamin in morning.

Can I take creatine, etc... remember I'm 16.

yeah creatine is safe and also u can take amino acids it safe too
btw try taking 2 scoops of whey post workout it will give you more gains

There really no need to take 2 scoops post work. If you want to up to 2 a day though, 1 after work and 1 before you go to bed is a good idea as thats when your body has time to rest.

Creatine and BCAAs should be fine too like xino said.

you should add creatine to your supps, if ur bulking. I would reccomend getting 100% creatine monohydrate, it doesnt give u cramps or anything and remember to drink a lot of water. u should take 0.2 grams of whey protien per lbs for pre workout and post workout 0.1 grams of whey protien per lb.

ya u shouldnt rely on supps, most if not all of your gains are from your diet.
