I agree we gotta see a shot of the legs.

It looks like your right arm (bis and tris) are lagging behind your left. Could be lighting, but if it's not try some iso movements, things with dumbells, so each arm has to do it's own work.

Lats and lower back could definitely use some work. You need a strong core, and that starts with you lower back, especially if you play sports.

FOREARMS

And lastly, lateral (side) delts. In the back double bi and when you have your arms crossed you can really tell that the delts are lagging compared to the lower parts of your arms. When you start to grow and focus on your biceps and triceps you have to really make an effort to keep your delts and forearms in line. It looks like yours got left behind, so look at that.

Now I only critique people like that when I see a lot of potential, and of course at 16 you look awesome. You have to be playing a sport. You look like a receiver to me but either way at your age you look really good, many 20, 30, and 40 somethings would love to have your body. Your lower chest looks really good and when you do movements to work those shoulders (i.e. overhead press) you will help your upper chest balance it out. Your abs look good and you have a nice low bf%.

Make some small adjustments, keep up the great work, and post some LEG shots.

Thanks, ive noticed most of the things u said. But i never seem to get any bigger because i don't lift weights that much. But when i do lift i mainly focuse on my legs and back. Deadlifts and lunges are like the only exercises i do lol. I don't mess with the squat rack. And i do play football. I play Running Back, and fullback because im so strong. I also run track. But thanks for the post and can u comment on my legs

You can't see his lats because he is not flexing them..

I am not sure if he knows how to flex them on both his rear double bi and bi pic he is not pushing out his lats... in the rear double bi he is pulling them in.. I actually happen to think his physique is perfect he just needs to bulk onto it now he is in very good proportion.
