its fu(king bull sh*t.. its in both my wrists and the docs say thats most likely what the rest of my joint pain is.
idk what to think i thought i would just be bad tendonitis..
any tips.. please?

get a second opinion, not all doctors get it right . It could be tendonitis or whatever it is that starts with a "C"...really i cant think of what it is called at the moment but maybe its carpal somthing?...

no its definatly degenerative arthritis.. the cartlige is worn down almost gone.. bone spurs grew up in its place.. its a long story i dont wanna go into, i know what happend now, and what to do, thanks anyway guys
