I'm 15 years old and want to lose a bit of fat from stomach/chest/back. Anyone got a simple workout i can do through the week?

I want to have a slim muscular look as opposed to a bulky one.

A simple workout depends on the kind of access to weights etc.
What kind of weights / exercise equipment is available to you?

weight lifting at 15 will not stunt your growth most high school sports do weight lifting
i started myself at 14 never had a problem
i have heard that 14-15 are prime ages to start serious weight lifting. You can always join a gym, maybe use the gym at school, or just save a little money and buy some lighter equipment

1.heavier dumb bells-you can do a million different exercises w/ these-these can always be upgraded in weight
2. bench press -who doesnt like to bench?LOL
3. exercise ball -some ppl like'em -i'm not crazy aboutem but it is better to do ab wkouts on these than the floor
*stick to free weights at home they tipically cost less*
as a beginer you may not know what free weights r -they are weights that are not attacted to any machines machines give you a guided movement and usually give you 1 motion so you don't screw up

When you start off figure out where you stand physically i mean
1.body weight
2. body fat %
3. optional if you do sports like football maybe a 40 time
*do this to see the condition you r in /always track results/it helps you keep motivated and lets u know where u stand
The biggest thing is to figure out where are you going w/ this are you trying to gain lose or bulk up in preperation to lose

To lose wieght u dont need any wieghts to get cut and lose wieght. Unless u wont kinda of a bulky cut look. Well anyways wont im saying is all u need is you ur house and the outside. Do cardio eat right and do what excersises u have access to. Main part of losing is eating right and cardio. Burn more calories then u take in. My suggestion is before u start bruning those calories raise ur metabolism first. To do that do excerises running/push-ups/chinups/jump-rope/crunches any excerises will do thise after about a month u can start burning those calories. Do 20-40 mins of cardio 6 times a week. Then do more excersises after awhile i would try and figure a way to get into a gym cuz u want good lean muscle for that u do need gym.
