Hello everyone, my name is Ryder Kidd. I am 15 and have been trying to gain some muscle. I have tried 3 different times now, and I get to a certain spot.. and I don't get any results.. I know I plateau.. But I would go for baout an extra month, and still no results.. I would really appreciate it if an experienced body builder could sit down with me, and make me a routine, and a eating guide. I can hardly make it up to 2000 calories, but I eat a ton. So will someone please sit down with me, and help me out? Thanks. -Ryder Kidd

First off, theres no way your at a plateau. Second, you say you are 15 and you keep giving up? It takes more than a few weeks or months to see any noticable difference. Well, if you were strict about your diet and routine, results would come faster, but at your age I highly doubt thats the case. So, read this http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/For_Losing_Fat/m_111175/tm.htm It gives you an example of basic meal plans, pre/post workout supps. http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Calorie_Tracking_%28What_am_I_Eating%29/m_25772/tm.htm Two sites that are good at tracking your daily calorie intake, carbs/fats/protein ratio, etc. Btw, you say you eat a ton and you can't make 2000 calories. Are you sure? What do you eat? Its really not hard to get 2000 calories in 5-6 meals. Check the training board, they have stickies that could possibly help you with your routine. You can workout, eat like crap and barely get results, or you can train hard, have a moderately strict diet and get some amazing results. Its your choice. gl

Have you taken a week off lately? Give yourself a break and when you return you might gain again.
