Who is Anthony Ellis? 15 Muscle Building Rules... For Skinny Guys and Gals! He's a normal guy who was lean, 135 lbs, and figured out or read about the 15 Rules You Must Follow... To Gain Mass. He's put together a f.ree book that explains these things. Frankly, it's not rocket science. And it's nothing these forums haven't discussed. But it's an excellent resource for those of you who are looking to gain weight and simply feel you just can't do it. You'll be skinny forever! *WRONG* If you want to get the full program, Anthony has done that as well. It's much more detailed I'm sure. But these 15 Things are just the basics.
