yeah iw as jst wonderin how 2 get a 6 pack and pecks, i have no equipment and i do about 200 situps each day and pushups i was wondering what steps i should take to emprove these body parts

Get yourself a pair of dumbbells and/or a barbell and do some bench.

it may be because u have some body fat around your stomach which hides the abs. in my case i just do daily cardio "running" to lose and take this supplement which controls cortisol stress levels that trap bodyfat

Just so you know its really easy and can be done at your age, because im 14 too and I have pecks and a 6 pack. (just started getting my pecks) What I do is 200 crunchs 3+ times a day, and as many push ups as I can do 3+ times a day. Perfect pack and pecks :)

If you get some weights and do weighted situps/crunches and get a benchpress or some dumbells and do bench and situps once every 3-4 days you'll see the results in no time. Also you may need to lower your bodyfat to see the 6 pack. Make sure you do cardio at least once a day

Well I have been doing them for a quite a long time. Started out low and slowly going up higher. Is that sitll over training? Btw my 6 pack looks very nice and I am happy with it ;)
