Hi, I'm Mike, 14 and i'm very skinny :( I'm male, 5"10, about 120 pounds and I'm tired of being weak :( I'm too poor to go to a gym and it would be difficult to go running where I live but my with mega high metabolism I don't think that I'll need to do much cardio. I'm trying to get a six pack, smallish pecks and some muscle in my arms and legs but I don't know where to start. Please help!

I remember 6 months ago when i was starting out [i was 11] well obviously you probably wont worry about supps cause if you are anything like me you wont take them and your parents wouldnt want you to take them. Like envilent said do pushups situps etc. but to get alot stronger you should get a bench at home and some weights. You will need a bench bar and some weights probably not alot of weights though. No offense about not needing alot of weights i just read how skinny you were and most of my friends around 12-13 cant bench but a little more than the bar. Get a good routine going it doesnt have to be big and very time consuming just get a plan. Many people on here will help you but i have to go soon so I cant help make a routine at the moment. But you will need various different things try to save up some money atleast 150-200 dollars I would say and get some things. Sorry I cant be more specific I am just short on time. But before you make a routine ask yourself do you want to be really bulked up?cut?things like that and that will help making your routine. Well i have to go sorry i couldnt help you more. Good luck.

since youre a beginner.. anything you do is going to give you gains if youre patient enough. i would say do sets of around 15 for pushups and for situps do sets of 20 with good form. if you do both in one day you should take the next day off at least... if not 2 days off. you could do pushups one day then situps the next day and alternate on and off. stuff like that.

do press ups with your feet on a chair, and sit ups with your legs at a 90 degree angle, if it doesn't hurt your muscles then your doing it wrong.

envilent, is that all? Recently I've been doing pressups in sets of 25 three times a day, is there only a small difference between what I've been doing and your suggestion?

From the sounds of it you have a very fast metabalism and a smaller frame. If thats the case its gonna be harder for you to build muscle or even gain any weight. You may need to take some sort of weight gain supplement to help you, but I dont know because i dont have that problem.I probobly wouldnt recomend it, but its an option. Yes, you should start off small like everyone is saying but u should try to move to weights and gradually add more weight otherwise you will only tone and not build muscle. Also part of the problem may be your body is still devolping, so it may be easyier for you to gain muslce with in the next couple of years. Hope this helped.
