I havent taken nor posted pics in a few months and thought i'd take some, sorry for the crappy quality but thats the best i can do.  I would really like to know what can be improved upon!

hey, take some for me not posing, just stand square to camara, whole body as close as poss, can leave out feet for more closer shot, hands to side, do that for front and back, then a side but pull the arm nearest camara, back a bit so I can see the body, then do a front and back with double bicep.........this way I can really see if you have any balancing or tweaking you can do, to be picky!

I see you have a defined 8 pack, for me I only have a 6 when i'm cut and can't seem to find where another 2 ab muscles might fit in  I really don't get it, is it that only some people can get an 8 depending on how your built? or what? Cos I really can't see anywhere they could possibly be, and I can't even feel them.

its cuz he has some ecto in him, not all but his torso is longer than most mesos, so he has the space for it, like you, I have 6 for sure, 4 off season, but those last 2 are tiny under the bellyl button and from belly button to pelvis most mesos are short, like me but he has length so his last 2 are longer.
you must be more toward meso, shorter torso but that means you can build muscle easy, even so we tend to look softer and hold adispoe we can get lean too.........maybe not quite as easy as soccer but he does hours of cardio in his game/practice.

get under some good light too, it really helps, I learned a few differences when taking my comparisons the past few months pre contest, different wall color, lighting, even angle just slightly different or different close up and it made such a diff, and I learned a ton about what looked best on stage for judging which is how i decided to go hair up which normally I would not do, to show my long hair but anyway, rambling.............point is to get those little details in check then I can see more accurately.
What do you do for chest again?, exercises, sets, reps weight and how many times per week............and I am not asking because your chest is bad or anything like that, you look great, just looking at the things that can give you a even more enhanced shape you are looking for, I know you want to stay light for soccer and not get heavier.

I'm a complete ecto though, and I mean completely. My bottom abs like soccer's are in line with my bellybutton. I think after very thorough look just now and a lot of tensing, I found the abs I couldn't before, they are under the bellybutton, but I duno how I could ever get them to show, so i guess those are now my 'bottom' abs.

You are long so I assume you want to slightly, yet balancedly, enhance your widths both looking at you at the front and side?  Typical symmetrical tapers as most guys want.........I am assuming......

People just have different shaped abs too. Some people have abs that are staggered, or are shaped differently on one side or the other. It's like bicep peaks - the exact configuration isn't really something that you can control completely.

Well the only thing I see that could use some mass is the front and side deltoids.


I seriously think you could probably get into modeling right now.. I mean only for a short while though.. They love tall lean guys like you with nice faces. I bet you will make atleast 220 - 225lbs by the end of this year. Not so sure about your 240 mark though. You gained 50lbs the first year but you were also very very skinny. You may notice it gets harder and harder to pack on the weight. I can't wait until you do hit that 240 mark though!!

ya i agree completely they arent what i want them to be.  As for the 240 pound mark, i know its a bit optimistic but it'll give me something to shoot for

You already have that swimmer physique, but if you are going for more I'd say your delts and traps could use some thickening up. Haven't seen leg pics...or back...

People just have different shaped abs too. Some people have abs that are staggered, or are shaped differently on one side or the other. It's like bicep peaks - the exact configuration isn't really something that you can control completely.

 
There was a discussion/debate about this like a year ago i think... Personally, I'm of the opinion that there is no control over the location of each abdominal muscle in the rectus abdominal wall... it's completely genetic.  You're born with the maximum number you will ever have, in the only location they will ever be.  If you have the "crooked" or "offset" abs, you cannot even them out... there's no exercise that will "align" those muscles...  Same goes for the number... there are no exercises that will add abdominal muscle sections along the rectus abdominal wall... I've seen as few abs as 6 and as many as 10-12.... But the last time we had this debate, pretty much everyone disagreed with me(if i remember correctly), so believe as you wish...
 
and to soccerking, you look great man.... and 50 pounds in a year is literally insane! nice work.

See, that's what everyone else said... but I've seen people with as few as six and as many as 10 or 12... and what do you mean "each abdominal muscle does different things for the body"?  All (however many the particular person has) the muscles on the rectus abdominal wall contract at once... there's no "working the upper and lower abs separately"...

yeah kause i straight do not have 8 muscles on my stomach. those last two are not there. i kan see 6 abs fine and clear as day but i kant even remotely feel the other two. and the only other places that those two abs could possibly is right on top of my bladder lol.

Different things as in chemically breaking down something or some garbage, it's in my buddies medical textbook, I'll check tonight and let you know what they do.
