why does it say full eggs then u just do the egg whites? also why is this only for 14 days? just as a test? for keto u cant really judge results based on the first 2 weeks

This meal plan he posted comes directly from Better than Steroids and that book recommends going on 2 week keto runs interspersed with other methods of cutting (carb cycling, etc.). The author does not recommend doing a keto diet for more than 2 weeks at a time. At the same time, you should not be fearing the fat in the egg yolk because you are going to need that fat for energy during your keto run. It is a trip when you first notice the ketosis feeling. Avoiding the fat is a bad idea IMHO.
Tired of information overload? Confused about which plan is the right one for you? Get yourself out of the dark by going to http://www.fitnessexpose.com/ and learn how to get into the best shape

is it not bad not to eat as soon as possible in the morning. i was under the impression that your body will store fat as it thinks it is being starved if you "miss" breakfest, even tho your not with the first meal. just having nothing pre workout tells me that your body myt think its being starved. or is all that just rubbish? or are you ok to just get up and workout?

ORIGINAL: David1991 how did this go boomer? it got thrown off. i put it off for 5 days, so i started on saturday a few weeks ago. the following week, (i don't know if you saw or not) my girlfriend and i were in a wreck with a drunk driver in downtown chattanooga. she was hospitalized for about a week and a half, and i was there for most of the time. usually her parents would bring me things to eat, so i'd just eat what they brought me. they also had a subway in the hospital. but i'm going to give it another shot here in a few weeks....

What happened to the drunk @$$hole? yeah we're good. she had some head trauma and some fluid that got into her lungs, but she's all good now. as for the guy, he got around 5 years in prison. (a felony where i live and even worse when you injure someone.) 5 years is suprisingly short though. but yeah, she's all good and pretty much back to normal.

Glad to hear she's doing better. 5 yrs. prison is actually pretty good. I saw one around here (I work in the county jail) who got 60 DAYS for a DUI crash with serious bodily injury. Not only that, but she got the "weekender" program, which meant she was only in jail for the weekends until the sentence was served. You show up Friday evening, usually around 7pm, and you leave Sunday night. Now THAT is a pretty freaking ridiculous sentence if you ask me. Anyway, carry on... sorry to hijack your thread.

yeah, he's going to buy the same kind he totalled her parents are very wealthy, and basically give her what she wants (she's spoiled), so she got a lexus. they don't want to sue him or anything, just want her to have her car back.

Yes, but it's "mistakes" like those that kill people... especially people like me who ride motorcycles. 5 years should be MINIMUM for a DUI crash with injury. Geez, with all the media hype, it's not like people DON'T KNOW they're not supposed to get behind the wheel impaired.

#1. 5 years will work out to right around 2.5 years minus time served... Correct me if I'm wrong buuuut, this leads me to: #2. In my hometown 2 years ago a 50 year old man shot another man in the head with a .38 from 75 feet away (great shot)... In the back of the head, he then got in his truck, ran over the guy he shot, drove to the country and hid out in the woods for a month. Seriously they looked for him for a month. He's getting out in a few months. He was sentanced to 5 years, he served a few months leading to his trial. Point is dude shot someone and basically got away with it...

I'm just reading your plan, and it doesn't look like you have enough fiber. You NEED fiber. I'd reccomend some zucchini and bell peppers, maybe some celery.
