why does it say full eggs then u just do the egg whites? also why is this only for 14 days? just as a test? for keto u cant really judge results based on the first 2 weeks

This meal plan he posted comes directly from Better than Steroids and that book recommends going on 2 week keto runs interspersed with other methods of cutting (carb cycling, etc.). The author does not recommend doing a keto diet for more than 2 weeks at a time. At the same time, you should not be fearing the fat in the egg yolk because you are going to need that fat for energy during your keto run. It is a trip when you first notice the ketosis feeling. Avoiding the fat is a bad idea IMHO.
Just completed a 12 week High Intensity Training program. 52% average increase in weight lifted for each exercise. Up 12 lbs. body weight, down 1.78% body fat for an increase of 14.02 lbs. LBM and a decrease of 2.02 lbs. of fat.

is it not bad not to eat as soon as possible in the morning. i was under the impression that your body will store fat as it thinks it is being starved if you "miss" breakfest, even tho your not with the first meal. just having nothing pre workout tells me that your body myt think its being starved. or is all that just rubbish? or are you ok to just get up and workout?

ORIGINAL: David1991 how did this go boomer? it got thrown off. i put it off for 5 days, so i started on saturday a few weeks ago. the following week, (i don't know if you saw or not) my girlfriend and i were in a wreck with a drunk driver in downtown chattanooga. she was hospitalized for about a week and a half, and i was there for most of the time. usually her parents would bring me things to eat, so i'd just eat what they brought me. they also had a subway in the hospital. but i'm going to give it another shot here in a few weeks....

What happened to the drunk @$$hole? yeah we're good. she had some head trauma and some fluid that got into her lungs, but she's all good now. as for the guy, he got around 5 years in prison. (a felony where i live and even worse when you injure someone.) 5 years is suprisingly short though. but yeah, she's all good and pretty much back to normal.

Glad to hear she's doing better. 5 yrs. prison is actually pretty good. I saw one around here (I work in the county jail) who got 60 DAYS for a DUI crash with serious bodily injury. Not only that, but she got the "weekender" program, which meant she was only in jail for the weekends until the sentence was served. You show up Friday evening, usually around 7pm, and you leave Sunday night. Now THAT is a pretty freaking ridiculous sentence if you ask me. Anyway, carry on... sorry to hijack your thread.
