Ok, all I have to work with is one 11.3 kg weight, it is double handled, used to be lifted with both hands. I don't really have a plan here, so I kind of need help. I'm trying to get my arms more muscular and I would like to get my legs also a bit more muscular as they are a little flabby. I would also like to work on my abs. Please help.

Hold the plate in your arms, across your chest and do a situp.

ORIGINAL: Nic At 13 years old, I would play outside with my friends, have some nice bike rides, rollerblades, baseball....football... But that's just my humble opinion. If you really want to exercise...try some push ups ans sit ups...no need to do more at your age... Enjoy playing outside... Yep. Seriously man, go climb a tree.

I would just do push-ups and sit-ups like Nic said. That is how i started exercising and getting into weight training. I would do 50 push-ups and 100 sit ups two or three times a day. Doesn't sound like much but that should get your muscles used to exercise. Hope this helps. -Kyle

Hey wasup man....good thing you want to start lifting weights and gaining muscles, but you gotta understand your body is starting to grow, and it needs its time, if you play basketball and football and stuff like that, it will help.....I started working out when i turned 14 but very very little, i just played with my friends, soccer and stuff.... dont forget to do your sit-ups and push ups everyday.
