Thursday's workout: Bench 2x8-90 (did this for fun while waiting for the squat rack) Front squat: 1x5-65, 1x5-85, 2x5-95 Leg ext: 1x8-85, 1x8-90, 1x8-95 Calf raises: 2x20-40s Walking lunges: holding 20s (look bobbi, i did them just for you)

Tuesday's workout: DB SLDL 3x8-60 Deadlift 3x5-165 DB Calf raises 3x15-60 I've had a headache all day and didn't really feel like working out so I just stopped there.
