I beleive your reffering to On's 100% whey. Thats the brand I use, 26 grams protein per scoop, about 80 scoops. I use 2 scoops per shake twice daily and mix with just water while dieting. When bulking I use it 3 times a day and try to mix with skim milk when possible. Works really well with my budget.

I'm taking the strawberry flavored right now. For me it has been a pretty good value protein as the scoop is smaller than most other protiens. Smaller scoop gives more servings out of the same sized tub. I find that it blends pretty well with a shaker cup relative to a pvl brand I had previously. I have tried it with water and milk. The water flavour is pretty mild. Mixed with milk makes it nice and creamy. I can slam it back either way.

I tried isopure but only for 1 tub, too dam expensive. On's is a good protein for a dam good price. 1840 grams of protein for $25, 5lb tub at a local store.

I use the GNC 100% whey. Seems pretty good $25 for 6lbs. can't complain. I think it's 20g protien per serving and 87 servings in the container so thats... umm.... 1740g of protien doesn't seem too bad to me. Just don't mix it with water, with milk it isn't bad.

Ditto same here. I like it because it tastes okay with milk and you can mix it up with a spoon. Mixes better with a shaker or blender, but it's passable with a spoon. Not many chunks.

Yeah I always blend it with some of the chocolate weight gainer 2200 gold. It really doesn't taste bad at all. Except now I'm afraid to drink real chocolate shakes again, I might ruin all the taste adaptation I worked so hard for. LOL

ON is a bad company. For years they have put more money into their advertising then they have their actual product. It costs millions of dollars to run all those glossy ads in the muscle rags that beginners read and believe and spend their hard-earned money on. They claim pharmeceutical grade supps. All supps start out at pharm. grade but it depends on how much the manufacturer cuts it with inferior products.
No supps are FDA regulated here, so they can claim whatever they want.

Personally I use SciTec's protein and MyoMax Gain. Gain is the 1st protein supp I could actually see it was making a difference, whereas the only thing other proteins gave me was bloating and gas.
The company is based out of Europe where supps are regulated too.
Just my opinion.
